Can MAX help me reply to my matches?
Yes. Paste or type what your match said and MAX suggests a reply in your voice, explains why it fits and suggests a next step. MAX can't see Tinder, Hinge, Bumble or any other app, doesn't message anyone for you and never messages first — he only works with the text you give him. He can't read screenshots yet.
Is MAX really available 24/7?
Yes. MAX answers whenever you message him — on ProfileMax or in your connected Telegram. 2 free messages · 600 a month with MAX Pro. He never messages first and doesn't send reminders or notifications.
Can I talk to MAX on Telegram?
Yes. Connect Telegram from your ProfileMax account and keep talking to the same MAX, who answers from the same photo results, rankings and makeover. Telegram is text conversation only for now — photo checks, the makeover and Photo Enhance stay on ProfileMax. Messages on Telegram count toward the same 2 free MAX messages, and toward the same 600 a month with MAX Pro. You can disconnect anytime from your dashboard or by sending /disconnect.
Is the photo check really free?
Yes. Upload 5–10 photos to get your recommended lead photo, the reason for the choice and up to three areas to improve. You create a free account so your photos and results are saved to you — no card needed.
Does this edit or generate photos of me?
No. We recommend which of your existing photos to use and in what order. Your makeover also suggests photos you could take next.
What do I get for $14.99?
Your full photo order with a keep, move, replace or remove call on every photo, strengths and weaknesses per photo, a bio rewrite, a personal shot list, guidance for your chosen app and your final profile structure. It is a one-time payment — no subscription required.
Will this guarantee more matches or dates?
No. MAX reviews clarity, composition and how your profile communicates, and suggests replies and next steps from what you share. He cannot predict another person's interest or guarantee matches, replies or dates.
What happens to my photos and conversations?
Your photos are stored in private storage that only your account can read, and they are sent to an AI provider for analysis. Your chats with MAX — including any messages from a match that you paste or type in — are saved with that chat and sent to the AI provider to generate answers. MAX doesn't keep a memory of individual matches, and web and Telegram chats are separate. If you connect Telegram, your messages with MAX there also pass through Telegram. Deleting your account removes everything you created — photos, analyses, makeover results, chats, tracking and your sign-in; only payment records are kept, for accounting. Provider retention is governed by that provider separately.
Is there a subscription?
Only if you choose MAX Pro. The Photo Check is free and the Profile Makeover is a one-time $14.99 payment — neither renews. MAX Pro is optional: $299.88 a year (16% less than paying monthly), or $19.99 for the first month, then $29.99/month, and includes the full Profile Makeover plus 600 messages a month with MAX (one-time message packs if you need more), Photo Enhance and weekly tracking. You do not need to buy the $14.99 Makeover separately while MAX Pro is active. You can cancel MAX Pro anytime.
